IMO CWE are wasting a lot of time with computer models because nothing they can do will replicate the forces of swell and period of waves in a variety of conditions. As has been proven time and time again(the titanic springs to mind) mother nature is beauty and the beast-over engineer everything don't cut corners and get the thing in the water. Lets face it the SP has already gone below the raising price on a number of occasions and nothing is going to send it north until it proves itself in the environment they are designing it for. Come on CWE show some balls. Even if it has some problems they can be identified and sorted out. But not with a computer model. Imagine if the computer model is succesful the share price gets a lift and then it fails in the ocean. Here we come 5 cents. And that is why this thing will sit and stagnate until it is in the ocean and proven to work. Even potential investors IMO won't touch it until it is proven in the water. They need some big boys in the game and they don't part with the big money until it is showing results.
