Agree, but when I say winding down I meant give it to competent REIT manager as this HCM is absolutely shit ... And their performance is significantly poor for many years (even before healthscope issue started).. !
fund can't talk acquisition as no one in right mind give money to this mob unless get back the previous losses or nta above $2.5.
