Yes Meerkat you are correct, I apologize. But please realize that NO drilling can start until Gov approval. We still have no approval to date, community liaison has to be completed and then the paperwork process. I know pressure is on board, but why not push out the date and deliver early - so much more credibility. Rather than tight timelines that are not met, maybe below has some bearing.............. that is currently under scrutiny. There are a few answers here to address.
