I don't see the parent companies of Healthscope (that are in administration) being sold but the operating subsidiaries (that aren't). Depending on how Healhscope is structured there could be a separate entity for each facility(?). Sell the subsidiaries & the funds are distributed to the debt holders on winding up the Healthscope parent companies.
Doing an asset sale for each operating facility would be horrendously complicated.
