In my phone call to Mark, I asked what if FBR goes into administration what happens to the IP as I am starting to be very sceptical-
Mark said that should it go into administration the IP would be sold publicly- now then what stops Pulte group from buying it? Why pay market price when you can get it for a steal in matter of months!
IMO - these guys are deceiving us big time!
