I would suggest the CR pump has not gone to plan with the large sellers taking the chance to further offload. Vendors ...................?
The sellers are firmly in control and highly unlikely this will get back anywhere near the mid 4's. So CR will most likely occur at 3 cents.
The further elephant in the room is the large gap that appeared around 0.027.
Remember this one has back filled the gaps 100% of the time.
