And the BoDs are helpless against the shorters because they aren't allowed (aloud!) to announce any progress or success that the market would accept favorably and have the SP rocket up.......? Where is that ASX rule written....?

Why did they start the second P3 for CLBP if they can only ever focus on one thing at a time? There's only so many minutes in SI's day for EVERYTHING to be run through him, after all.
Are the two new Board members the loudest clappers? Will they need time as well? Lucky Phil would be just about ready to do and say something after almost 4 years.....?
Is it possible that people with greater knowledge/experience/skillsets could progress things more quickly? Or are we forced to put up with the blue-rinse set currently running the show? If only this thing was a publicly listed entity.........
