Exactly. AI models are not factoring in variables like Felix's bottom line: first and foremost securing his position if he wants to survive, and enjoy his billions.

Thence he needs to satisfy competing interests over Manono which is why the Kobold offer suits him, by keeping him out of trouble with China. Hence the North is theirs, with fair compensation paid to AVZ.

This brings in a similar variable not covered by AI modelling: Nigel's bottom line. Like Felix he also needs to secure his position, if he wants a peaceful life to enjoy his millions.

Thus he would need to reject any offer below ATH or risk triggering a class action from aggrieved investors who paid top dollar. Regardless if the action had merit or not, it would be a major PITA and tie him up for many more years. So to be safe Nigel needs to obtain a minimum of $A5 billion all up.

This minimum has been now achieved, I believe, given his agreement to suspend legal proceedings.
