Who is a silly duffer. I made sure I voted against SPECIAL resolution 4 Approval of additional 10% Capacity, only needed another 4 and a bit percent to vote it down.
This tranche 1 gets it approval right there. Had resolution 4 failed all of this raise would have needed shareholder approval.
In the coming general meeting to vote on tranche 2 there may be at least one more resolution to reinstate (refresh) the Approval of additional 10% capacity.
