Yep, looks like more shares for our new group. You could speculate they are filling their boots before they facilitate financing? Frankly, that's what I'd do if I was in their position.
AAU don't have many other options for finance, so shareholders will have to suck up the dilution if they want this project to go ahead. Something is better than nothing.
