As an aside on this headline story...I don't want to hear anything from the usual suspects about how DT stacked the SCOTUS
The conservative justices are not a locked-in mob. We never really know how they're gonna vote. Thats the truth
But the liberal justices....we know EXACTLY on what side of the divide their decisions will always fall.
So remind me again... which side's appointments are more likely to provide the proper balanced guidance in these seminal decisions?
