    @Sunrock,Agreed.

As stated previously, as sp increases, I'm selling down. I think the company has genuine great potential, however, the current Board has been painfully slow on delivery, vague on many issues, the use of customers and when corrected, they've used potential customers.

If the company head quarters in Germany, it will have enormous potential to raise capital and become fully operational within a short timeline, all in my humble opinion

The recent increase over the past 12 months of shares heading to Europe could indicate a possible or potential relocation of EGR to Europe imho simply because in the event the Europeans are the majority holders of the stock, they would have a genuine and legitimate right to request headquartering there.

Yes, my personal Speculation, but anything is possible.

The only positives I take from the German meetings are EGR has the funds to see the year out, NO with CR on the cards as Andrew Spinks is alleged to have stated that funding is expected by years end.

My position is after 13 years -

    1. get the deals done,
    2. get the offtakes in place if there out there and
    3. get these partnerships signed off.

As a realist, the mine is a finite resource, as stated the resource is of exceptional quality, our Patented Technology will provide a superior quality product for the EV market OEMs.

IMHO the above is what the market is waiting for and are now expecting. Tanzanian Govt have done there part, now its offtakers and subsidiary partners to come on board formerly.

Can the existing Board deliver the above in a timely expedited manner, I honestly don't know.

Clearly, the month of "May" has not been a golden month as some one previously suggested in this forum.

What I've found interesting is that SungEel was mentioned, yet not a soul/poster on the EGR Threads has/have commented after no news for over 2 years that I've heard of or read.

However for clarification I did some research this morning and the following information came to light @Sunrock.

I will add sources if hotcopper allows them to be posted.

"Ecograf has a significant collaboration and strategic relationship with SungEel HiTech, a major lithium-ion battery recycling company based in South Korea. This relationship primarily focuses on: * Recycling of Battery Anode Material: SungEel HiTech is using EcoGraf's proprietary purification process to recover and re-use high-purity battery carbon anode material from production scrap and "black mass" (the crushed output of recycled batteries). This includes materials produced at SungEel's South Korean plant and in their proposed new recycling plants in Europe and South Korea. * Circular Economy Solution: The integration of EcoGraf's process enables SungEel to "close the loop" on battery recycling, contributing to a circular economy solution by recovering valuable carbon anode material. * Product Qualification and Commercialization: The collaboration involves engineering and piloting programs to qualify the recovered carbon anode material for re-use in lithium-ion batteries and industrial applications. This provides a clear path for EcoGraf to commercialize its recycling process. * Co-investment and Co-marketing: SungEel has expressed willingness to review co-investment in the piloting process and both companies plan to undertake co-marketing and co-promotion efforts to introduce battery partners to support the evaluation of the recovered anode material. In essence, EcoGraf is providing its specialized, environmentally friendly purification technology (EcoGraf™ HFfree® process) to SungEel HiTech to enhance their battery recycling capabilities, specifically for the recovery of carbon anode material. This partnership aims to increase the efficiency and sustainability of lithium-ion battery recycling."

    MTB GROUP PARTNERSHIP

As I've previously mention the French connection with the MOU with MTB Group Partnership. We've not had a single update on this progress since this announcement back in 2022.

    ASX Announcement.

    https://www.ecograf.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/ASX-EGR-MTB-Group-Partnership-Supports-Battery-Recycling-in-France-Final.pdf

Therefore, are these the Partnerships Andrew Spinks is constantly referring to, or are there others such as BASF and POSCO? If so, these are old news with no updates being provided to market as you would expect under continued disclosure.

I would have expected with a list of such high end companies that some disclosure would be provided on non confidential matters, such as are the MOUs are still in effect? and progress continues. Yet we have not had this kind of input.

    Regarding Product Qualification

What is the expected life of an EV car battery using lithium-ion technology?

The following is what the industry knows and publishes. I wanted to know the following for this reason as presented below.

    General Lifespan:
    * 10 to 20 years: This is the commonly cited range for how long an EV battery is expected to last before needing replacement.
    * Manufacturer Warranties: Most car manufacturers offer warranties on their EV batteries for 8 years or 160,000 km (100,000 miles), whichever comes first. Some extend this to 10 years or 150,000 miles. These warranties typically guarantee that the battery will retain a certain percentage of its original capacity (often around 70-80%).

    cheers/prost
