Agree with your thesis, however would prefer this to happen if and when this new team get things humming. Don't want BOE picking up for a song as expect PEN can get well above $2 in the next 12 months should the cards land well enough, more if sentimental spot steadily climbs.

If these troops fail to deliver, then bring on the cavalry.
