The Council went around and checked the size of everyone's wheelie bin to match it with the size of the bin that is recorded on the their rates notice. Slapped a big sticker on the compliant ones .......120Lt bin or a 240lt bin ......... no sticker ... no rubbish pick up.
This is hilarious ....... some dude left his 240lt wheelie bin out with a sticker on it ....... so someone pinched it .... hahahahaha.
