No, it's owned by the family that ran the Kaiser Tile showroom and warehouse (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring kind of tile) until they shut down in 2022, post-Covid. Initial rent was US $44,500 monthly, but probably annual increases. It's well hidden in financial statements. As I recall, it's a five-year lease, so another couple of years to throw cash into the money pit. Electricity to power air conditioning for that much space must average another $2,000 monthly. At least there is enough Navajo coal to burn to keep the lights on.
