Simple answer to that 'mate. After releasing a JORC Marmota would no longer have been eligible for JMEI tax credits. The credits can be then be given to supportive investors who partake in capital raisings applied to further exploration at AT and other preliminary work needed to define a mineral resource to JORC standard. To me there seems little point in producing a JORC before you have defined a resource substantial enough to mine profitably. The JMEI scheme has the specific purpose of encouraging exploration by junior miners and encouraging support for capital raising.
