Some breeds of dogs are banned from being imported to or bred in Australia because they are inherently dangerous.
Should these laws be overturned. Surely genetics doesn't make a creature dangerous, it is the way they are treated. Wouldn't treating all dogs with kindness and generosity make them pleasant and useful.
Genetics can't determine behaviour, can it?
