pretty obvious that it is getting smashed by the large holder. Has been firmly in control of the companies SP since the last massive share issue from the previous CR.
Not too interested in the long term prospects of the companies attempt to raise capital and progress the project. Either that or has knowledge of the current CR process and is now offloading. History tells us either idea is on the table……
