I'm almost completely out of Galan now.

The Authium deal is the trojan horse for a reverse takeover - it basically kills any competitive tension on a bid for the assets and company, and commits Galan to a dilutive and risky pathway to development with an unproven technology. No disclosure on the agreement still, which is bizarre, but I imagine Authium will have hooks in there to own the asset when Galan fails (highly likely).

This Board and JP make a great case study and an expensive lesson; doesn't matter how good the asset - value is created and destroyed by Board and Management. I won't state my case again here, except to say there are lessons to be learned in ethics, competence and character.
