    You obviously didn't look at the cash on hand or the cash burn.

    How much more dilution? Billions more shares. It sounds like you can't handle risk, you shouldn't be anywhere near the speccy end of the market.

    Who are the idiots participating in the placement? I'm assuming these guys, the biggest shareholder in W2V.
