Be careful about going down the rabbit hole here Mr. Wizard. Oh you'll read wonderous things here, alight.... but do realise that at least some of it may be the stuff of fairytales.
Remember, you may be a wizard, but you should also not lose sight that your an investor, too.
IXR may achieve many things that you may like as a wizard, like making a larger investment turn into a smaller one, which as an investor you may not enjoy so much. So use your critical thinking very, very carefully.
Parseltongue maybe a common wizard language, but I think Latin may be more important here: Caveat Emptor. Think a bit further than the construction phase as some of the speculated demand for product on some of the big ticket items mentioned of late are at least a decade away, if not more. It's quite mad!
