Let’s hope the government does the only sensible thing regarding PEP-11—accept that they’re going to lose in court and avoid further embarrassment over the handling of the case, particularly in light of the Caucus decision and Minister ED's refusal. The public deserves transparency, not political games. If this goes to a full hearing, it will expose the government’s misleading, biased, and deceptive conduct. Australians have a right to know the truth.
