The trend I’m seeing is owners corp property owners are still pushing out retrofit works by a couple of years due to budgetary restraints caused by inflation and interest rates. One particular facade refurbishment I’ve been working on worth over $6 million is still stalling 3 years since they put out tenders as they don’t have the capacity to raise funds.
They have rolled a company out towards the end of a low growth period. I don’t think you need a chart to show you what is expected to happen when PO’s aren’t coming through as quickly as anticipated.
