MSB - a new dawn, page-1786

I completely sympathise with holders regarding the concern, frustration, and anger over the company’s silence in the face of apparent share manipulation.

It’s understandable, but I thought that I'd share what keeps me sane and optimistic:

First, as has been emphasised time and time again:

We have an approved product.

There are approximately 375 children who have no alternative but Ryoncil, meaning that sales are as close to guaranteed as you can get.

Beyond that, let’s talk big players.

Our largest shareholder has far more at stake than any single retail investor, probably losing or gaining more with each cent of movement than the combined total value of all MSB HC contributor shares.

Guess what? He sits on the board and (as publicly stated) has weekly discussions with SI.

If that isn’t enough of an incentive and opportunity for GG to push for announcements that lift the share price, I don’t know what is.

Add to that the fact that every board member has a substantial personal exposure to MSB’s share price, further driving them to act in shareholders’ best interests.

So, while the silence is frustrating, I don’t believe it reflects indifference.

Rather, I suspect that SI, GG, and the board are just as impatient as the rest of us, holding back until there’s something truly valuable to announce.

To paraphrase Thomas Fuller, “The darkest hour is just before dawn.”

While I wouldn’t go so far as to say this is Mesoblast’s darkest hour by any stretch of imagination, I certainly believe we’re on the cusp of something brighter—the sun is about to rise!
