As I recollect the "Higgins" saga had a chain of events that were sort of:
-Turn up with no undies on - drink plenty of booze - free I assume - Move on to more palatial digs at Parliament House - drink more booze -Wake up in the altogether - feel silly - go home -Convince myself (with a bit of advice) I may have been interfered with -Claim rape (with a lot of advice and zero evidence) -Umpteen more steps involving much newspaper, internet, TV, floor of the house, and social media channels- -Get $2.4M to shut up and leave Pollies out of it -Try and move on with lawyers etc. constantly hovering.
