I've just re-read your post, and thought a bit ...
These 'elites' (which is actually a very misleading term since they are really just criminals) ... who have essentially turned all of us into the 'plantation workers of Slavelandia' as Gerald Celeste would say ... may well NOT come out on top this time ...
They are pretty much a Western phenomenon. The BRICS have their criminals in high places syphoning off huge amounts of the common wealth for themselves ... but our 'elites' designed a whole monetary system to cripple us.
It's not just small scale corruption and graft.
They have done too good a job though, and now the West is so weak that the BRICS are in control.
The elites are not part of the BRICS, so they will NOT be designing the next monetary system.
The masses don't see the theft in the current monetary system (because they can't think their way through to understand the method), so they are impoverished without realising why.
If the 'elites' want to continue to steal, but in some other way, since they will have lost their fiat scam, it may be easier to see, and they may get caught out and face the wrath of the people.
This is my hope.
Either way, ... yes ... I guess I am impatient for the utter craziness we currently suffer in, which I largely attribute to the BS corrupt monetary system, to end.
