A this stage of the game BLR is going to have a conventional ( underground operation ). They will look at the cost per pound/operational value. It will be relatively easy to get approval for this type of mining, using Tetratek consulting . . . . who have successfully permitted at least 4 other U mines ( conventional ) in the state of Colorado over the past few years.
Adding the high grade Hansen deposit and delineating an even bigger resource, even with conventional it is going to be a much lower cost per pound than that figure from PFS for Taylors only ( $ 34.00 per pound )down to around $26.00. IMO
I believe the PFS for the whole project is well advanced, so there will be no long waits for the numbers ( EST 2 months )IMO
