yes it is quite a head scratcher given the perception that this business is well managed (& it certainly has avoided the blow ups that the rest of the industry in Australia has faced), but in looking at a 10 year chart, the price has barely moved, so you've earned dividends, but certainly not made too much in the way of capital gains especially post covid
