Yeah. Me too.
Only guessing but a couple of reasons might be:
1) the deal is supposed to happen but it hasn’t actually happened yet. Some unforeseen problem could still possibly derail it.
2) most investors in Renergen are acutely aware of the delays, obfuscation and missed timelines that have dogged this project for about the last 5 years. Is this going to be more of the same? Possible investors may be keeping their powder dry until doubts have been dispelled.
All just IMO.
