It must be indicative of that right? It all ties together. Slowdown in student visas & immigration > a slowdown in housing demand (investors can only flip them round in circles to each other) > then the banks can't keep offering infinite mortages. The "snakes starts eating its own tail"......finally.... But the Aus Govt will find a way to keep pumping it..no doubt.
