    Newmont buying peelwood would do NOTHING for the sp imo and would put back any re-rating for a long time, the time it takes to get Monty up and running. A JV on the other hand...?

    The best course of action is for them to get PWN up and running as a priority which will fund the other projects AND start giving some return to investors.
