Easy answer the board had a big fight and we had a board member go and became a disgruntled shareholder next we lost our CEO in another brawl and no one will take the poison challis. Then just when we got the product launched and we got up to 2.5c and the options were going to be in the money the disgruntled shareholder decided to get rid of his and family holdings to make sure Unith would not collect the 4million that would have set us up to wear we become cash flow positive. Hopefully this is the end of this rubbish and we sell Audiostackes and get to the end of year and cash flow positive and a 3plus cent share price. JMO
