I don't know anything about A2M.
The primary reason for a company to exist is to make a profit.
As a shareholder (part owner ) I am entitled to a share of the profit.
In some companies the directors have a controlling interest and use profits to pay themselves rather than distribute profits.
LRV has a range of shareholders and as we just saw with the AGM resolutions - the inequitable ones were rejected.
At this point I feel confident that shareholders will be beneficiaries of the large profits the company will make.
Should circumstances change then I would reassess my position but not without a fight if required.
