I’m sure I’m not the only person wondering why you are more concerned about the company using its resources to protect shareholders and pursue an illegal takeover than the fact that the least desirable person in the childcare industry whose appointees ran Mayfield into the ground may have surreptitiously tried to take over Mayfield?
The guy allegedly stole millions from his employees, traded while insolvent and you’re worried the Board sought advice to stop him?
