Yes unfortunately too many early holders / investors who bought in when MYX was a growth stock after Mayne went offshore into the US when we purchased Metrics and its freehold pharma manufacturing plant well established , good strategic move especially later when we bought adjoining large parcel of land to allow for plant expansion presenting a very impressive Pharma manufacturing complex + updating / modernizing machinery development described at the time state of the art .We had big US Pharma clients who either used our facilities or were clients of ours . Mayne had a solid asset base / lucrative business in a the US . Yes Teva changed everything and since we've yet to see a trading profit even after selling our flagship asset value that far exceeded our entire Market Cap now finding ourselves at the mercy of Shorters , traders , institutional fund managers , private hedge funds etc etc . Hoped some of the products we paid hundreds of millions for would eventually get us into net profit but unfortunately that massive money spent marketing , developing and FDA approval / delay's ( holding costs) offered way under their potential real worth to benefit a private US company which has further damaged badly our company and its small shareholders by reneging on an agreement between the 2 companies , whatever happens now will take some time to recover from . NOT HAPPY been around 9 years all up for me Cosette a few Months , buyout , talking Aust dollars here not US dollars in regards buyout , company valued 100% as a loss making company zero on money spent developing , marketing etc etc . All those wasted years for some whats 2 more years ( estimated) becoming profitable or there a good reason that we don't know about YET why management pulling the rug out from under us .
