Yes that is how I see it boysy, a slow burn building up to a decent sized producing field over the next few years.
The Talitha field/area has a lot going for it, close to highway & pipeline. From previous work, it will probably need fracking to really produce, possibly why they went elsewhere to see if there were any better low hanging fruit before going down the fracking road.
IMO they need to get on with it while Trump is in power - drill baby drill. .
