Hi Rossi70, love your speculation, would be so good, but in my opinion not in Shenghes DNA to be so generous. the Chinese have been screwing traders from all countries forever. Unfortunately our BOD by comparison are lazy and incompetent and have sold all share holders out. The western world are also to blame for not taking over arguably the worlds largest and richest REE deposit. But I mostly blame PEK BOD for their inability to sell to the West, shame on them. I have invested in TMG and the difference in managements ability compared to PEK are light years apart. GLTAH
