Just thought I would add, the recent attack in Russia "Operation Spidersweb" the drones were using open source software ArduPilot and it does have some autopilot ability using GPS and setting way points, I suspect this aided them getting around jamming
I was having a little dig around the ArduPilot website and found this page

It was interesting to see all the board manufactures that support this software and what chips they are using.
