As I understand it the lady said she was an illegal immigrant. Public servants arn't the brightest people in the World that's why they're Public servants, and they believed her. I think the hospital she went to has more to answere for. Maybe it was a busy day an as she wasn't bleeding or whatever threw her out, sad case.
