Apologies for the delayed response. The contractor initially secured the winning bid; however, they subsequently began submitting numerous variations, which ultimately led to the termination of the agreement.
That said, this road project represents a significant engineering achievement—one that has never been attempted before. Reworks are progressing well and remain on schedule.
