Vertex has just popped onto my radar, and I was hoping one of the current shareholders might be able to help me get a better understanding of the story. I’ve got a few quick questions:

1. I see Capex is noted at $17M to start production—do we know how much of that has already been paid? The recent capital raise mentions funding general operations, so just trying to get clarity there.

2. Has production officially started? From what I gather, they’ve been processing tailings, but has any new rock been mined yet?

3. Overall, it looks like a compelling story with operational upside funded by production. Beyond that, what personally gets you excited about the company?
