There is an itnerestting theory about Lynas floating around.

Lynas have said recently they are looking at REE in Brazil and ENV' today confirmed targets within thier HUGE coda tenements that are heavy in rare earth and high grade.

Additioanly ENV Chairman Dato' Sia Hok Kiang owns the patent to a number of REE extraction processes, and these could be something Lynas is interested in

Dato is a renowned global REE expert and lives in MaLaysia. Lynas were in Malaysia recently.
