And you well know from reading the report there has only been 4 gold contracts to be fulfilled for the GPA and only up to 2/3s of the gold at each time taken out of the ground with the rest sold at a spot price (its all in there). The proposed royalty mention was a measly 5% tax on all mining (coal and quarrying) extraction in Sarawak whereas the Besra leases which are still owned under Malaysian law by Besra had no royalty tax.
And if you had turned up at the AGM Matt went through the cost of mining which due to the site being next to town, major highway, port and international airport nearby and with Malaysian costs implied it would cost significantly less that $800 per oz to mine the shallow gold down to 80 metres in depth.
So how about you read the evidence, come to the AGM presentations rather than make unsubstantiated allegations.
All you have to do is ask the company for the facts like the rest of us and read the ASX notices which you have told me in the past you have but seem to me to leave out some of the answers from the report.
