Does it need to?
A low-priced equity raise which RCF backs might bring it’s $32m spend (average 2.7c a share?) onto more equal terms with all those ‘fat cats’ of the early days who - in the case of TMT launched that company and obtained significant holdings via millions and millions of FREE shares along the way.
-The TMT ones already spat the dummy at the original 12 for one terms of the merger which RCF supported, and exploited a huge HC team to press for 14 to one … and won!Free carried or nearly free shares are now likely the only ones wearing profit right now!
If this company is to move forward in a clean and balanced way - which I assume is the intent - maybe it’s better to open up/alter ‘the balance of power’ at the cheapest price possible ?
But I dunno, just a very long held theory.
I just wish I knew when it will be the right time to buy more.
And I hope that ‘right time’ comes soon.
cheers
