I keep hearing how good a resource OSM has, however they have been waiting now over 6 months for a drilling permit....and still waiting.....no guarantee the permit is coming anytime soon....without confirmation of resource from drilling, no one can confirm when exactly OSM will receive this permit...???Spain, historically, are not always the quickest to grant .....will we still be waiting another 6 months for this permit....???
