If about South of Essington survey ship stops, interesting could be, do you mean a park location for rig pre-setting up over Essington itself? If your talking about production platform this is really looking into the future by Conoco, well not sure how that would work. If Essington is commercial gas might just need a sub-sea tie, not that far from Beach platforms and pipeline structure. A way-out guess.
The rig seems to milling around the Minerva well, the Mr Squiggle line ( ) was pretty much reversed in the last few days.... looks like Woodside not ready to let go of rig just yet.
