The OTC trading will not generally do much for the SP in Australia, unless you get mega interest and volume. A full Nasdaq or NYSE listing would be a challenge, because a listed company must have a US$1.00 minimum share price requirement.
If a company trades for 30 consecutive business days below the US$1.00 minimum closing bid price requirement, Nasdaq will send a deficiency notice to correct the deficiency.
There are ways around this by organising a US consolidation, but the TMG current SP and MC is still too low for that. So much more to come with this one ... we just need to be patient.
