H9, you are correct. It’s amazing to me that shareholders failed to pick up the entitlement offer. I for one purchased my entitlement plus 25%. Maybe I should have applied for more.
From a corporate perspective the institutional offer provided them with funding security. I would like to see RIC offer a share purchase plan to all shareholders, to steadily build capital over time.
Slow and steady sp growth must be based on a solid foundation. ie high equity position.
I also recommend a 10% stake in PGW. A position which I would expect to double in value within 2 years.
Capital management is the key. QH is skilled and tenacious
