The formal GPA was registered with Seda Canada. From what I read Joselyn did a good job in this case as the contract is fair and protect BEZ somehow. Moreover I think Dato himself also really want Bez to progress to production and he can reap an enormous profit both in term of GPA and share price The thing is just this con guy just simply want to keep control of bez management and never realise that if he let competent people run the show and he fade away, it will be much better for Bez. Share price has already told everything.
If Dato decide to sue bez, i think we, shareholders, should do class actions against Quantum metal Recovery for misleading us many times and force it to sell all Bez shares it holds to pay for our damages.
