We can function quite well up beyond 5,000ppm.
made 60,000 ppm on the Apollo 13..at 60,000ppm they shoul dhave been cooked going by your thesis (with co2 being a blanket & all)....yet they were freezing.
1,000ppm or higher not a problem. green planet. safer for all....heading back to the norm.
